Day 1

I'm very excited as my husband, baby and I went to listen to the Slender Wonder group talk at the Body and Skin renewal Clinic in Willowbridge, Cape Town.

The Doctor explained the whole Slender Wonder programme to us and I decided to do it! :-)

They weighed me and took my measurements (73.2kg), and I bought the full programme consisting of the following supplements:

Injections and alcohol swabs

The cost of the full programme is R2500-00 and the optional Kidney and Liver Clease is R150-00.
I decided to do the cleanse while I'm on this diet, because I haven't ever done any cleanses.

The Doctor also let me inject myself with a "booster shot" so she can see how I do it.  It was weird to put the needle into my flesh, but not sore at all! In fact, I think it's gonna be the easiest part of this whole diet!! So I had my first shot!

The nice thing about doing the diet is that the first 2 days you can eat as many carbs, fats, sugars and calories as possible! This is to replace all the normal fat you have lost from yo-yo dieting! :-)

She then asked me what is my goal weight and I said 60kg!! She gave me a range between
60 - 65kg, but I'm going all the way - 60kg's HERE I COME!!
